• If you require additional customization, prices may increase.

• For custom orders you will be quoted a price taking into account the ingredients required and the expected time needed to complete them.

• All prices include appropriate packaging and heat-sealing for cookies. ​​

 

ORDERING

• Please inquire far ahead of your event date to ensure that I am able to block out space for you the week before you need your order!

• Please use the custom order forms on our website if you would like to order a customized cookie/treat. I am happy to do something totally unique, or if you would like something already shown on our website, I am happy to accommodate your requirements.

• All cookies/treats are home made and designed by hand. If you order several of the same cookie, they will look similar but are unlikely to be totally identical.

• When requesting a design, please be aware that we cannot replicate copyrighted material. 

• Once your order is placed, I am happy to accept amendments within reason. Once I begin work on your order, no further amendments will be allowed.

• Payment accepted by Credit/Debit card (through the website), PayPal, Venmo or CashApp.

• Please choose cash payment when ordering through the website if you would like to pay with any other method other than Credit/Debit card.

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking for orders $200 or less.

• Work on your order will not begin until the full payment has been received unless other arrangements have been discussed and approved.

• For orders over $200, a $200 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your booking with the balance due at or before pickup.

PICKUP ONLY

• Delivery of orders are based on location.  Please contact me to arrange the specific details of your custom order. 

• No show = no cookies. These treats are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time (more than 30 minutes late) forfeits your order unless contact has been made before or during that 30 minute window. But take heart - i am happy to donate your order to brighten someone else's day! Need to reschedule your pickup time or have an unforeseen emergency? I get it! Life happens, but please reach out and communicate. I am happy to work with your life circumstances as long as the communication is flowing  😊

• Only premium ingredients are used to hand make and decorate all our cookies and treats.

• All ingredients are guaranteed fresh.

• These are custom made treats and freshness is dependent upon the individual product. For example, my cookies are heat sealed and should last up to 2 weeks, maybe longer. Other products such as cupcakes and bundt cakes will hold the average freshness. Chocolate covered marshmallows are heat sealed and should last for 3-4 weeks.

ALLERGIES

• I work in a home kitchen where cross contamination may occur, so I make no claims that my product is free of certain ingredients.

• I can substitute gluten-free flour if requested, but I cannot claim that my product is gluten-free.

• Please contact me prior to ordering if you have any concerns about allergies.

REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS

• Refunds are normally not offered for orders cancelled three weeks or less prior to the pickup date.  Please understand I have set this time aside for your custom order, forfeiting all other possible orders.

• While I will not bake your order until the week of delivery, there are other considerations such as special cutters made or ordered, special toppers made or ordered, or other specialty items that would need to be ordered – and paid for - in advance. Please understand any refunds, if given, will reflect the cost of specialty items.

• All refunds are at the discretion of the business owner. I understand life happens and situations beyond your control will occur. I am happy to discuss any issues with cancellations and will accommodate based on individual situations.

• Once your order is in your hands, I am no longer responsible for any damage that might incur.  Be mindful not to leave them in a hot car, direct sunlight,  or to allow anything to be placed on top of them.  Your cookies/treats are delicate pieces of art and will damage easily if not handled carefully. DO NOT refrigerate decorated sugar cookies as this will damage the decorations. For cupcakes and bundt cakes, it is best to refrigerate if delivery is received more than 12 hours before your event. Refrigeration is not necessary to the safety of the product but buttercream icing decorations may melt or disfigure if not properly stored or overheated.

• If you have any issues or complaints, please contact me directly within 24 hours of consumption of product. I understand that issues may happen beyond both mine and your control. Refunds, replacements, or future credit will be offered on a case by case basis. The return of product may be requested.  Customer satisfaction is the backbone of my business and is of the utmost importance so please be assured I will work with you within all reason towards a happy outcome for all 😊
