Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you do last minute orders?
    I will accept last minute orders depending on my availability. There may be an additional rush fee depending on size of order and my availability. If I can fit your order in during normal working hours, there is no fee. However, if I will need to stay up all night, there will be a fee 😊
  • What is the minimum order?
    There is no minimum order required.
  • Do you do gluten free
    Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate gluten free products as this would entail my entire kitchen being gluten free. I am happy to discuss gluten “friendly” orders, but will not guarantee a full gluten free product.
  • What is yours Cancellation policy?
    In order to obtain a full refund, an order must be cancelled no less than 7 days before due date. If unforeseen circumstances occur that make this time frame impossible (ie: illness, job loss, event cancellation), please know I will take this into consideration. There are always options available such as applying credit towards a future order or freezing the product, if applicable, for future use. The happiness and satisfaction of my customers is of the utmost importance and I will work with you to make this possible.
  • Do you deliver locally?
    My usual method of delivery is to meet at a mutually acceptable place and time. Unfortunately, I am not allowed pick-ups where I live per my HOA. A meet up delivery is free of charge within a 20 mile radius from my home but I will deliver to your home or business if requested for an additional fee. Any additional delivery fees will be dependent on location of delivery.
  • Do you offer a discount for large orders?
    No, I do not offer discounts on any orders. I create custom sweets per your individual specifications and each one, from the first to the last, is created with the same love and attention to detail.
  • Charitable donations
    I love to work with sanctioned charity events! Depending on the event, I am happy to offer cost based estimates or possible free donations. Please contact me to discuss the details.
  • Payment Options
